The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the vulnerabilities of humanity. Our team at Pi And Power (Π∩ϟ) has spent significant time considering the implications of early detection and rapid identification. To address this challenge, we are leveraging next-generation metamaterial spectrum sensing and advanced machine learning algorithms, in addition to traditional sensing techniques. We are developing a computational molecular radar system small enough to fit in a handheld device, enabling mobile, rapid, and low-cost molecular sample testing that is decentralized and distributed. This will lead to fewer undiagnosed diseases, earlier interventions, and improved quality of life for billions of people.
